摘要
为了解决砂泥岩地层中岩性型钻井液漏失难以通过地震、测井有效预测的难题,开展定量预测技术研究。基于纵向上不同厚度的砂-泥岩组合模式,通过应力分布模拟,揭示了岩性界面存在附加应力,明确了不同组合的应力集中及分布特点,得出厚泥薄砂型>厚砂薄泥型>砂泥等厚互层型的应力集中程度规律;融合工程力学与地质力学,结合钻井过程中的地层压力、泥浆压力、地层岩性及厚度等因素,改进界面附加应力计算公式,从工程力学机制上实现了对岩性型井漏及裂缝延伸长度的定量化预测。该技术在渤海某区块应用,通过随钻岩性应力模型模拟定性指示,结合GR曲线精细计算应力分布,精准定位井漏层段并指导快速堵漏,为岩性型井漏定量预测提供有效手段。
To address the challenge of effectively predicting the lithologic type of drilling fluid leakage in sand-mudstone formations effectively through seismic and logging methods,this study focuses on quantitative prediction technology.Based on the sand-mudstone combination models with different thicknesses in the longitudinal direction,stress distribution simulation revealed that there is additional stress at the lithology interface.The stress concentration and distribution characteristics of various combinations are clarified,and the stress concentration degree pattern is obtained:thick mud-thin sand type>thick sand-thin mud type>mud-sand equalthickness interbedded type.Integrating engineering mechanics with geomechanics,considering the factors such as formation pressure,mud pressure,formation lithology,and thickness during drilling,the calculation formula for the interface additional stress is improved.The quantitative prediction of lithologic lost circulation and fracture extension length is realized from an engineering mechanics perspective.This technology is applied in a block of the Bohai Sea.Through the simulation and qualitative indication of the real-time lithologic stress model while drilling,combined with the GR curve,the stress distribution is calculated finely,the well leakage section is accurately located,and the rapid plugging is guided,which provides an effective means for the quantitative prediction of lithologic well leakage.
