摘要
丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶(Serine/Threonine Protein Kinases,STPK)是调控细菌环境适应性与致病力的核心信号分子,不仅可以通过Ser/Thr残基特异性磷酸化修饰靶蛋白参与细菌生长、代谢等过程,还可直接干扰宿主先天免疫信号通路来增强致病性。阐明细菌STPK在病原体与宿主互作中的作用,为解析致病机制提供理论依据。因此,本文系统综述了STPK在不同细菌和宿主先天免疫系统中的调控机制,为后续深入研究细菌STPK的功能提供了理论基础。
Serine/Threonine Protein Kinases(STPK)are key signaling molecules that regulate bacterial environmental adaptation and virulence.It not only participates in bacterial growth and metabolism through Ser/Thr residue-specific phosphorylation modification of target proteins,but also directly interferes with the host's innate immune signaling pathway to enhance pathogenicity.Elucidating the role of bacterial STPK in pathogen-host interactions provides a theoretical basis for understanding pathogenic mechanisms.Accordingly,this review systematically summarizes the mechanism by which STPK regulate bacterial and subvert host innate immunity,providing a theoretical foundation for future in-depth studies of bacterial STPK function.
