摘要
随着我国生鲜农产品市场规模持续扩大,居民消费升级与食品安全意识提升,生鲜农产品冷链物流发展的重要性日益凸显。为促进生鲜农产品冷链物流的可持续发展,通过文献研究与专家访谈,总结出影响生鲜农产品冷链物流发展的15项影响因素,运用DEMATEL-ISM模型从冷链运输能力、基础设施建设水平、信息管理效能、技术应用与创新能力、经济与外部支持因素等5个方面分析因素间的相互影响关系。研究结果表明,生鲜农产品冷链物流发展影响因素分为4层,政策支持力度与智能设备渗透率为根本因素,物流运作成本、冷链断链成本与运输服务质量是表层直接因素,根据分析结果提出发展对策,旨在为生鲜农产品冷链物流的发展提供决策参考。
With the continuous expansion of the market scale of fresh agricultural products in China,the upgrading of residents'consumption and the improvement of food safety awareness,the importance of the development of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products has become increasingly prominent.To promote the sustainable development of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products,through literature research and expert interviews,15 influencing factors affecting the development of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products have been summarized.The DEMATEL-ISM model is used to analyze the mutual influence relationships among factors from five aspects:cold chain transportation capacity,infrastructure construction level,information management efficiency,technology application and innovation ability,and economic and external support factors.The research results show that the influencing factors concerning the development of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products are divided into four layers.The policy support intensity and the penetration rate of intelligent equipment are the fundamental factors,while the logistics operation cost,the cost of cold chain breakage and the quality of transportation services are the superficial direct factors.Based on the analysis results,development countermeasures are proposed,aiming to provide decision-making references for the development of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products.
