低碳视角下冷链物流效率的测度与提升策略研究——以长三角为例

摘要 在低碳背景下,冷链物流作为高耗能产业,其可持续发展成为重要议题。文章基于低碳视角下冷链物流效率展开研究,收集2018-2022年长三角4个省份的面板数据,首先利用超效率SBM模型对各省冷链物流效率进行静态测算,然后从整体出发,使用GML指数探析东部沿海省份在双碳背景下冷链物流的空间效率变化。结果表明:各省份间效率值差异较大且总体而言,长三角区域冷链物流效率尚可;从空间变化上看,冷链物流效率呈现波动趋势。据此,从局部到总体提出相关建议,以期为长三角区域冷链物流的发展提供参考。 In the context of low carbon,cold chain logistics,as a high energy consuming industry,has become an important issue for sustainable development.This article conducts research on the efficiency of cold chain logistics from a low-carbon perspective,collecting panel data from four provinces in the Yangtze River Delta from 2018 to 2022.Firstly,Super-Efficiency SBM model is used to statically measure the cold chain logistics efficiency of each province.Then,starting from the overall perspective,the GML index is used to explore the spatial efficiency changes of cold chain logistics in the eastern coastal provinces under the dual carbon background.The results indicate that there are significant differences in efficiency values among provinces,and overall,the cold chain logistics efficiency in the Yangtze River Delta region is still acceptable.From a spatial perspective,the efficiency of cold chain logistics shows a fluctuating trend.Based on this,relevant suggestions are proposed from local to overall,in order to provide reference for the development of cold chain logistics in the Yangtze River Delta region.
