摘要
近年来,全球供应链正经历着因各种突发事件带来的多重冲击,供应链断裂风险频发,尤其对于那些具有技术瓶颈、可替代性弱、供应高度集中的“关键核心产品”,提高其供应链弹性尤为重要。因此,聚焦“关键核心产品”供应链,在明确其内涵及特点的基础上,分析其供应链弹性的影响因素,进一步揭示其供应链弹性的形成机理,进而构建“关键核心产品”供应链弹性系统框架,并从提高自主研发水平、优化供应链产业链、完善人才引育制度、加强国际合作、健全体制机制等方面提出优化策略,为提升“关键核心产品”供应链弹性水平提供多层次解决方案。
In recent years,the global supply chain is experiencing multiple shocks caused by various emergencies,and the risk of supply chain disruption is frequent,especially for those"key products"that have technical bottlenecks,weak substitutability,and highly concentrated supply,and it is particularly important to improve their supply chain resilience.Therefore,it is necessary to focus on the suppy chain of"key products",on the basis of clarifying its connotation and characteristics,analyze the influencing factors of the supply chain resilience,further reveal the formation mechanism of their supply chain resilience,and then construct a supply chain resilience system framework for"Key products".Furthermore,the paper proposes optimization strategies from aspects such as enhancing independent research and development capabilities,improving the supply chain and industry chain,perfecting the talent recruitment and cultivation mechanism,strengthening international cooperation,and improving the institutional mechanisms,to provide multi-level solutions for enhancing the supply chain resilience level of"key products".
