摘要
新电商模式拓宽了农产品的销售渠道,提高了交易效率,然而电商平台的开放性和匿名性也为知识产权侵权提供了土壤,使得农产品贸易流通中的知识产权保护和维权问题日益凸显。如何在电商模式下有效保护农产品的知识产权,维护市场秩序,促进农产品电商市场的健康发展,成为当前亟待解决的问题。本文深入探讨了农产品电商贸易流通中的知识产权类型、侵权行为、维权问题,并提出相应的对策与建议。
The new e-commerce model broadens the sales channels of agricultural products and improves the transaction efficiency.However,the openness and anonymity of the e-commerce platform also provide soil for intellectual property infringement,making the problem of intellectual property protection and rights protection in the trade and circulation of agricultural products increasingly prominent.How to effectively protect the intellectual property rights of agricultural products,maintain the market order and promote the healthy development of the agricultural products e-commerce market has become an urgent problem to be solved at present.This paper deeply discusses the types of intellectual property rights in the circulation of agricultural products e-commerce trade,infringement behavior,rights protection issues,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
