摘要
本文以黎明职业大学为例,通过问卷调查的方式,深入分析了大学生使用短视频的现状、影响及其与自我控制能力的关系。研究发现,短视频在大学生群体中普及率较高,同时该群体对短视频存在一定程度的依赖性。本研究使用改编的《大学生短视频成瘾量表》对1803名在校大学生进行了调查。结果显示,大部分学生经常或非常频繁地使用短视频,且有一部分学生在使用过程中表现出自控问题。为了应对短视频使用中出现的问题,本研究从社会、学校、家庭和学生个人四个层面提出了具体对策,对于指导大学生合理使用短视频,避免短视频的负面影响,促进大学生健康成长,具有一定的学术价值和实践意义。
With the rapid development of new media,short videos have become an indispensable part of college students’daily lives.This paper takes Liming Vocational University as an example and deeply analyzes the current situation,impact,and relationship with self-control ability of college students’short video usage through a questionnaire survey.The research found that the popularity of short videos among college students is extremely high,and there is a certain degree of dependency.This study used a revised College Students Short Video Addiction Scale to survey 1803 college students.The results show that most students often or very frequently use short videos,and some students show fluctuations in self-control during use.To address the problems arising from the use of short videos,this paper proposes specific countermeasures from four levels:society,school,family,and individual students.It has certain academic value and practical significance for guiding college students to use short videos reasonably,avoid its negative impact,and promote their healthy growth.
