AI技术赋能大型能源企业生产管理模式转型研究

Research on the Transformation of Production Management Models in Large Energy Enterprises Empowered by Artificial Intelligence Technology

摘要 大型能源企业的传统生产管理模式面临多重挑战,人工智能(AI)技术成为企业生产管理智能化转型的关键路径。AI技术经多轮迭代发展,可有效解决大型能源企业生产经营中面临的经验依赖与效率瓶颈、业务复杂与监管失衡、数据孤岛与决策困境等问题,同时可推动企业科技创新与绿色转型。为实现AI技术在企业落地,建议遵循“标准化奠基、模块化构建、智能化升级、协同化创新”的发展路径,着力探索业务流程标准化统筹、AI驱动式工作流建设、分布式AI解决方案构建以及人机协同模式优化,实现AI赋能从局部到全域,为大型能源企业智能化转型提供可行范式。 The traditional production management model of large-scale energy enterprises is confronted with multiple challenges.Artificial intelligence(AI)technology has become a necessary path for its intelligent transformation.Having gone through multiple development stages,AI technology can address the issues faced by large energy enterprises,including over-reliance on experience and efficiency bottlenecks,business complexity and regulatory imbalance,data silos and decision-making dilemmas,and pressures from technological innovation and green transformation.For the implementation of AI technology in enterprises,it is suggested to follow the path of"standardization,modular construction,intelligent upgrading,and collaborative innovation",focus on exploring the standardization and overall planning of business processes,the construction of AI-driven workflows,the development of distributed AI solutions,and the optimization of human-machine collaboration models,to achieving intelligent upgrading from local to the entire domain,providing a reference for the intelligent transformation of large energy enterprises.
