摘要
目的 分析国内外中医智慧研究的发展趋势与热点,为护理人员开展“AI+中医护理”跨领域创新研究提供理论参考与实践依据。方法 基于Web of Science核心合集检索2013年1月—2025年8月收录的关于中医智慧相关文献,使用VOSviewer和CiteSpace软件进行文献计量和可视化分析。结果 共纳入965篇文献,涉及58个国家及1221个研究机构,以中国和美国为核心贡献国家。年度发文量显示,智慧中医领域的研究规模持续扩大。北京中医药大学、上海中医药大学与中国中医科学院为主要发文研究机构。Frontiers in Pharmacology为发文量最高的来源期刊,Journal of Ethnopharmacology为被引频次最高的共被引期刊。在纳入的5734名作者中,Chen Calvin Yu-Chian发文量居首,Wang Y为最具影响力的共被引作者。关键词分析发现“machine learning”“artificial intelligence”“deep learning”及“network pharmacology”为该领域前沿热点。结论 智慧中医研究正呈现全球化与跨学科快速发展之势,且持续深化与人工智能的融合,应加快构建智慧中医护理交叉学科范式,推进数据驱动下精准辨证施护理念,推动学科高质量发展。
Objective To analyze the development trends and hotspots of smart traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)research both domestically and internationally,providing theoretical reference and practical basis for nursing staff to carry out cross-disciplinary innovative research on"AI+TCM nursing".Methods Based on the Web of Science Core Collection,literature related to smart TCM published between January 2013 and August 2025 was retrieved.Bibliometric and visualization analysis was conducted using VOSviewer and CiteSpace software.Results A total of 965 articles were included,involving 58 countries and 1,221 research institutions,with China and the United States being the core contributing countries.The annual publication volume showed that a continuously expanding research scale in the field of smart TCM.Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences were the major research institutions for publications.Frontiers in Pharmacology was the source journal with the highest number of publications,while Journal of Ethnopharmacology was the co-citation journal with the highest citation frequency.Among the 5,734 authors included,Chen Calvin Yu-Chian had the highest number of publications,while Wang Y was the most infl uential co-citation author.Keyword analysis revealed that"machine learning,""artifi cial intelligence,""deep learning,"and"network pharmacology"were the frontier hotspots in this fi eld.Conclusion Research on intelligent traditional Chinese medicine is experiencing a rapid trend of globalization and interdisciplinary development,with its integration with artifi cial intelligence continuously deepening.It is essential to accelerate the development of an interdisciplinary paradigm for smart TCM nursing,advance the concept of data-driven precision syndrome diff erentiation and nursing,and promote highquality development of the discipline.
