摘要
在政策支持和市场需求的双轮驱动下,全国职业院校举办现代家政服务与管理专业的积极性显著提高,数量布局进入相对稳定期。作为提高人才培养质量关键环节的课程建设正处于一个快速发展但仍有待完善的阶段。当前的课程建设普遍存在课程内容与市场需求不匹配、课程教学资源严重缺乏、专业师资力量薄弱、课程教学模式与实际岗位工作流程脱节等问题。课程建设是一个系统性工作,要改变现有的状态,可以从课程内容重构、课程资源开发、教学策略创新、教学过程实施等多方面入手,发挥产教融合的多元主体优势,形成综合性的改革方案,打破当前存在的困境,推动家政专业课程建设的持续发展。
Driven by both policy support and market demand,vocational colleges across the country have shown significantly increased enthusiasm for offering the Modern Housekeeping Service and Management major,with the number and layout entering a relatively stable period.Curriculum construction,a key link in improving talent training quality,is in a stage of rapid development but still needs improvement.Current curriculum construction generally faces problems such as mismatched curriculum content with market demand,a serious lack of teaching resources,weak professional teaching faculty,and disconnection between teaching models and actual post work processes.Curriculum construction is a systematic task.To change the existing situation,efforts can be made in multiple aspects including curriculum content reconstruction,teaching resource development,teaching strategy innovation,and teaching process implementation.It is necessary to give play to the advantages of multiple subjects in the integration of production and education,form a comprehensive reform plan,break the current predicament,and promote the sustainable development of curriculum construction for the housekeeping major.
