摘要
劳模精神是社会主义核心价值观的生动体现,是激励全国人民为实现中华民族伟大复兴而艰苦奋斗的强大精神力量,党和国家事业发展需要大量具有劳模精神的高素质技术技能人才。专业志愿服务具有无偿性、专业性、实践性、社会性等特征,具有鲜明的劳动属性和突出的育人功能,与劳模精神内在契合,与高职学生特点和高职教育教学需求高度适配。高职院校以专业志愿服务涵养劳模精神需要加强组织领导,做好制度保障、品牌塑造、理论引导、实践指导、氛围营造等工作。
Model Worker Spirit is a vivid manifestation of socialist core values and a powerful spiritual driving force that inspires the whole nation to work hard for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The development of the Party and the country's cause requires a large number of high-quality technical and skilled talents with Model Worker Spirit.Professional volunteer services are characterized by gratuitousness,professionalism,practicality and sociality,boasting distinct labor attributes and prominent education functions.They are inherently consistent with Model Worker Spirit and highly compatible with the characteristics of higher vocational college students as well as the teaching needs of higher vocational education.To cultivate Model Worker Spirit through professional volunteer services,higher vocational colleges need to strengthen organizational leadership and do a good job in system guarantee,brand building,theoretical guidance,practical instruction,atmosphere creation and other related work.
