油气田地面工程智能化建设研究与应用

摘要 为解决大庆油田地面生产系统庞大复杂、维护管理难度大的问题,需通过信息化手段优化生产组织架构,转变运行模式,提升工作效率与质量,推进智能化建设与应用。以“充分复用共建共享成果、按需补充部分功能”为原则,基于生产先进控制、动态模拟仿真、大数据、云计算、数字孪生等技术,面向协同研究、生产管理等六个场景,承担智能注入等五个模块建设任务。目前,大庆油田数字化交付实现站场和建设阶段全覆盖,平台承载14个项目,含26个轻量化站场模型、800余张智能P&ID、50000余条结构化数据及40000余个非结构化文档等静态数据;数据来源于统建A2、A4、A5、A11系统及自建系统,为模型建立奠定了基础。通过构建“几何模型+数据模型+机理模型”的数字孪生层,实现智能感知、控制、优化、预警、协同五项目标,在站场智能化(如软仪表实时监测、预警监控异常工况、先进控制优化能耗等)和管网智能化(如集输管网动态模拟优化实现“一站一方案、一井一参数”、智能注入模块降低注水耗电等)方面取得显著应用成效,推动油气田地面工程智能化从试点迈向规模化,成为降本增效、安全环保的核心抓手。 To address the issues of the large and complex surface production system,and the high difficulty in maintenance and management in Daqing Oilfield,it is necessary to optimize the production organization structure,transform the operation mode,enhance work efficiency and quality,and promote intelligent construction and application through information technology means.Based on the principle of"fully reusing the achievements of co-construction and sharing,supplementing some functions as needed",and using advanced production control,dynamic simulation,big data,cloud computing,digital twin,and other technologies,the construction tasks of five modules,including intelligent injection for six scenarios such as collaborative research,and production management,are undertaken.At present,the digital delivery of Daqing Oilfield has achieved full coverage of stations and construction phases.The platform carries 14 projects,including 26 lightweight station models,over 800 intelligent P&IDs,more than 50000 structured data entries,and over 40000 unstructured documents,and other static data.The data are sourced from the unified A2,A4,A5,and A11 systems as well as self-built systems,laying the foundation for model establishment.By constructing a digital twin layer of"geometric model+data model+mechanism model",five goals of intelligent perception,control,optimization,early-warning,and collaboration are achieved.Significant application achievements have been made in the intelligentization of stations and fields(such as real-time monitoring by soft instruments,early-warning and monitoring of abnormal working conditions,advanced control and optimization of energy consumption,etc.)and the intelligentization of pipeline networks(such as dynamic simulation and optimization of gathering and transportation pipeline networks to achieve"one station one plan,one well one parameter",and intelligent injection modules to reduce water injection power consumption,etc.).These achievements promote the intelligentization of surface engineering in oil and gas fields from pilot projects to large-scale applications,and become the core handle for cost reduction,efficiency improvement,safety and environmental protection.
