浅谈光伏发电系统在油田中的应用

摘要 中国作为能源消费大国,能源产业的高质量发展支撑着社会经济的高质量发展。在能源发展的新时代,我国能源行业发展应充分贯彻国家精神,构建“清洁低碳、安全高效”的现代能源体系。大庆油田土地资源丰富,企业电网规模居于全国首列,巨大的电力需求量,使得利用闲散的荒废土地资源,建设小型分布式光伏电站具有重要意义。大庆油田某采油厂低碳示范区清洁替代光伏发电工程范围包括:围绕3座油田35kV变电站,建设分布式光伏电站及6(10)kV箱式变电站、6(10)kV集电线路。该示范区光伏装机容量为33.67056 MWp,建成后项目运行期为25年,年平均年发电量47016.3 MWh。按照目前中国石油天然气集团有限公司油气和新能源分公司统一核算方式,以节约标准煤按照发电量(单位10 MWh)的3.055系数和二氧化碳按照标准煤的2.6系数分别测算,该工程光伏发电部分预计年节约标煤14363.48 t,年减排二氧化碳37345.05 t。 As a major energy consumer,China's high-quality development of the energy industry supports the high-quality development of the social economy.In the new era of energy development,the development of China's energy industry should fully implement the national spirit,and build a"clean,low-carbon,safe and efficient"modern energy system.Daqing Oilfield is rich in land resources,and its enterprise power grid scale ranks first in the country.The huge demand for electricity makes it of great significance to build smallscale distributed photovoltaic power stations by utilizing the idle and abandoned land resources.The scope of the clean alternative photovoltaic power generation project in the low-carbon demonstration area of a certain oil production plant of Daqing Oilfield includes the construction of distributed photovoltaic power stations around three 35 kV substations of the oilfield,as well as 6(10)kV box-type substations,and 6(10)kV collection lines.The installed capacity of photovoltaic power in this demonstration area is 33.67056 MWp.After completion,the operation period of the project will be 25 years,with an average annual power generation of 47016.3 MWh.According to the current unified accounting method of the Oil and Gas and New Energy Branch Company of CNPC,based on the savings of standard coal at 3.055 of the power generation(unit:10 MWh)and the savings of carbon dioxide at 2.6 of the standard coal,the photovoltaic power generation part of the project is expected to save 14363.48 tons of standard coal annually.The annual reduction of carbon dioxide emissions is 37345.05 tons.
