基于改进FAHP-Entropy法的液化天然气储罐安全评价

摘要 为了提高液化天然气储罐安全管理水平,针对液化天然气储罐内介质的基本属性以及储罐的基本特点,提出了一种基于改进模糊层次分析法(FAHP)和熵权法(Entropy)的天然气储罐安全评价方法。从人员、设备、环境以及管理的角度出发,建立储罐评价指标体系,根据改进FAHP和Entropy法的应用步骤,确定各评价指标的综合权重,引入三角模糊数(TRFN)方法,确定模糊关系矩阵。以我国某液化天然气储罐为例,开展基于改进FAHP-Entropy法的液化天然气储罐安全评价实例研究。研究表明:使用改进FAHP-Entropy法开展液化天然气储罐安全评价可以对储罐面临的关键风险因素进行识别,对于本次研究的案例而言,在人员、设备、管理及环境方面均处于“较安全”水平,其中,设备方面的评分最高。研究结果显示,使用改进FAHP-Entropy法对液化天然气储罐进行安全风险识别,有助于提高液化天然气储罐的安全管理水平。 In order to improve the safety management level of liquefied natural gas storage tanks,a safety evaluation method for natural gas storage tanks based on improved Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP)and entropy weight method(Entropy)is proposed,aiming at the basic properties of the medium inside liquefied natural gas storage tanks and the basic characteristics of the tanks.Firstly,a tank evaluation index system is established from the perspectives of personnel,equipment,environment,and management.Based on the application steps of the improved FAHP and Entropy methods,the comprehensive weights of each evaluation index are determined,and the Triangular fuzzy relationship matrix.Taking a liquefied natural gas storage tank in China as an example,a case study of safety evaluation of liquefied natural gas storage tanks based on the improved FAHP-Entropy method is carried out.Research shows that using the improved FAHPEntropy method for safety evaluation of liquefied natural gas storage tanks can identify key risk factors faced by the tanks.For the case study in this study,personnel,equipment,management,and environment are all at a"relatively safe"level,with equipment scoring the highest.The research results show that using the improved FAHP-Entropy method for safety risk identification of liquefied natural gas storage tanks can help improve the safety management level of liquefied natural gas storage tanks.
