摘要
目的:分析阿克塞哈萨克族自治县(以下简称阿克塞县)野生植物物种多样性及区系特征,为该地区生物多样性保护及植物资源管理提供基础资料。方法:对阿克塞县的野生植物进行野外调查和文献资料收集,并应用主成分分析法和聚类分析法对阿克塞县与相邻地区植物区系进行比较。结果:阿克塞县野生植物共有32科95属133种,其中,裸子植物1科1属3种,被子植物31科94属130种,裸子植物种类比较贫乏,未发现蕨类植物。单种科和寡种科是构成阿克塞县科的主体,占阿克塞县总科数的81.25%。单种属在阿克塞县属级组成中十分丰富,占阿克塞县总属数的81.05%,而中属和大属相对不发达,仅占阿克塞县总属数的3.16%。科级水平上,分布区类型以世界广布和北温带分布占优势。属级水平上,分布区类型尤以北温带分布为主导,与古地中海有密切联系。在属级植物地理成分上,阿克塞县植物区系与安西植物区系相似度最高。结论:阿克塞县野生种子植物资源相对贫乏,特有现象不明显,区系成分复杂多样,区系特点与甘肃省荒漠地区的特征相符合。
Objective:Analyze the species diversity and floristic characteristics of wild plants in Aksai Kazakh Autonomous County(hereinafter abbreviated as Aksai County)to provide fundamental data for biodiversity conservation and plant resource management in this region.Methods:Field investigations and literature collection were conducted on wild plants in Aksai County.Principal component analysis(PCA)and cluster analysis were applied to compare the flora of Aksai County with that of adjacent areas.Results:A total of 133 species belonging to 95 genera and 32 families were recorded in Aksai County,including 3 species of gymnosperms in 1 genus and 1 family,and 130 species of angiosperms in 94 genera and 31 families.Gymnosperms were relatively scarce,and no ferns were found.Monotypic and oligotypic families were the main components of the families in Aksai County,accounting for 81.25%of the total number of families.Monotypic genera were very abundant in the genus-level composition of Aksai County,accounting for 81.05%of the total number of genera,while medium-sized and large genera were relatively underdeveloped,accounting for only 3.16%of the total number of genera.At the family level,the distribution types were dominated by cosmopolitan and boreal temperate distribution.At the genus level,boreal temperate distribution was the dominant type,with a close connection to the ancient Mediterranean region.In terms of the geographical components of genera,the flora of Aksai County was most similar to that of Anxi County.Conclusion:The wild seed plant resources in Aksai County are relatively scarce,with no obvious endemic phenomena.The floristic composition is complex and diverse,and the floristic characteristics are consistent with those of the desert areas in Gansu Province.
