基于数字标本数据探索1930~2019年间具鳞水柏枝花期的变化

Exploring the Changes in the Flowering Period of Myricaria squamosa From 1930 to 2019 Based on Digital Specimen Data

摘要 目的:了解气候变暖背景下具鳞水柏枝花期的变化,为深入了解植物物候对气候变化的响应提供理论依据。方法:基于数字标本馆1930~2019年间具鳞水柏枝的物候数据,采用线性回归、多样性指数及群落相似性分析等方法,分析花期随时间和海拔的变化规律。结果:具鳞水柏枝的花期随年份的增加有上升趋势,且1990~2019年间花期发生了极显著延迟(P<0.01),表明近30年气候变暖对物候影响加剧;花期多样性(Shannon指数)在1990~2019年间显著高于早期时段(P<0.01),可能源于气候变化导致的生境异质性增加;基于Bray-Curtis和Jaccard距离的PCoA分析显示,不同30年时间梯度下的花期组成结构差异极显著(P<0.01),1990~2019年群落格局明显偏离历史时期,进一步证实气候驱动的物候重组。结论:气候变化使得具鳞水柏枝花期整体呈现延后趋势。 Objectives:This study aimed to investigate the flowering phenology of Myricaria squamosa under climate warming,providing theoretical insights into plant phenological responses to climatic shifts.Methods:Based on phenological data sourced from digital herbarium records spanning 1930 to 2019,linear regression,diversity indices,and community similarity analyses were employed to examine temporal and elevational variations in flowering periods.Results:The flowering period of M.squamosa exhibited a progressive delay over time,with a statistically significant shift(P<0.01)observed during 1990 to 2019,indicating intensified phenological impacts from recent warming. Flowering diversity (Shannon index) was significantly higher (P < 0.01) in 1990 to 2019 than in earlier periods, likely due to increased habitat heterogeneity induced by climate change. PCoA analysis revealed distinct compositional structures (P < 0.01) across 30-year time gradients, with post-1990 communities markedly diverging from historical patterns, further confirming climate-driven phenological reorganization. Conclusion: In summary, climate change has led to a pronounced delay in the flowering phenology of M. squamosa, highlighting its sensitivity to ongoing environmental transformations.
