广播电视卫星地球站播出异态场景中智能应急系统的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of the Intelligent Emergency System in Abnormal Scenarios Broadcasting of Radio and Television Satellite Earth Stations

摘要 对于广播电视卫星地球站的播出异态,目前主要依赖值班员的现场判断,进行应急操作以恢复节目播出。然而,人工值守受限于值班人员的经验和反应速度,难以在短时间内准确判断故障类型并采取恰当的应对措施。本文提出的智能应急系统,基于现有的监测系统和提升系统进行优化设计与开发,能够在播出异态场景中依据应急预案提供有效的应急措施建议,从而显著减轻值班员的播出压力,降低安全播出风险。此外,该系统还综合考虑了空间干扰因素,使得应急操作更加严谨。 In the event of abnormal broadcasting conditions at radio and television satellite earth stations,the current approach mainly relies on the onsite judgment of duty personnel to carry out emergency operations to restore program broadcasting.However,manual duty is limited by the experience and reaction speed of staff,and cannot guarantee accurate identification of fault types and corresponding response measures in a short period of time.The intelligent emergency system in this article is designed and developed based on existing monitoring and enhancement systems.It can provide emergency measures suggestions according to emergency plans in broadcasting abnormal scenarios,greatly reducing the broadcasting pressure of duty officers and lowering the risk of safe broadcasting.In addition,the system also takes into account spatial interference factors,making emergency operations more rigorous.
