摘要
为了解决多用户场景下移动边缘计算(mobile edge computing,MEC)网络的高效卸载问题,提出了大规模多输入多输出(multiple-input multiple-output,MIMO)技术和混合非正交多址(hybrid non-orthogonal multiple access,H-NOMA)技术辅助移动边缘计算卸载传输的资源优化方法。该方法通过联合优化用户分簇、传输功率、卸载时延和任务卸载率,建立了一个以系统能耗最小化为目标的优化问题。针对该问题的非凸性,提出了分段求解策略。在第一阶段,基于用户信道增益和延迟需求设计了一种用户配对方法来实现用户分簇,以降低用户间干扰;在第二阶段,通过拉格朗日法和导数法分别推导出用户的传输功率、卸载时延和任务卸载率的优化解。仿真结果表明,与其他基准方案相比,在相同条件下所提方案的具有更低的能耗。
To address the challenge of efficient task offloading in multi-user mobile edge computing(MEC)networks,this paper proposes a resource optimization method that integrates large-scale multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO)technology with hybrid non-orthogonal multiple access(H-NOMA).By jointly optimizing user clustering,transmit power,offloading delay,and task offloading ratio,we formulate an optimization problem aimed at minimizing the overall system energy consumption.Due to the non-convex nature of the problem,a two-stage solution strategy is developed.In the first stage,a user pairing scheme based on channel gains and delay requirements is designed to achieve user clustering and reduce inter-user interference.In the second stage,the optimal transmit power,offloading delay,and task offloading ratio for each user are derived using the Lagrangian method and differential analysis.Simulation results demonstrate that,under the same conditions,the proposed method achieves significantly lower energy consumption compared with existing benchmark schemes.
