摘要
采取室内毒力测定与田间药效试验相结合,筛选多杀霉素与氯虫苯甲酰胺的混配比例及田间药效评价。室内配方筛选显示2者以1∶3~1∶6范围内混配,对小菜蛾均有增效作用,其中以多杀霉素与氯虫苯甲酰胺按照1∶4配比时的共毒系数(CTC)最高,增效作用最显著。配成12.5%多杀霉素·氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂,在田间使用剂量为13、17、21 m L/667m2时,对小菜蛾的速效性和持效性效果均表现优异,药效明显高于对照药剂。表明该配比科学合理,2者复配增效显著。
An evaluation combining laboratory toxicity tests and field efficacy trials was conducted to screen the mixing ratio of spinosad and chlorantraniliprole and assess their field efficacy.Laboratory screening of the formulations indicated that mixtures of the two within the range of 1:3 to 1:6 exhibited synergistic effects against Plutella xylostella.Among these,the mixture with a spinosad to chlorantraniliprole ratio of 1:4 showed the highest co-toxicity coefficient(CTC),indicating the most significant synergistic effect.The prepared spinosad·chlorantraniliprole 12.5%suspension concentrate(SC),when applied at field doses of 13,17,and 21 mL/667m^(2),demonstrated excellent both knockdown activity and persistent efficacy against P.xylostella,significantly outperforming the control pesticide.These results demonstrate that the mixing ratio is scientifically reasonable,with a marked synergistic effect from the combination.
