高分子乳化剂调控高含量水乳剂稳定性研究

摘要 高含量水乳剂的开发是行业制剂难点,主要存在油相占比高难制备、制剂经时稳定性差、难以控制粒径等物理稳定性等问题。采用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚梳型接枝共聚物乳化剂和聚丙烯酸酯微交联结构高分子乳化剂制备高含量水乳剂,对配方中的溶剂种类、乳化剂种类、乳化剂添加量等要素进行筛选,并将配制好的水乳剂样品进行低温稳定性、倾倒性、热储稳定性、离心稳定性、粒径等性能测试,最终制备得到合格且性能优异的40%吡唑醚菌酯·咪鲜胺水乳剂,配方组成如下:吡唑醚菌酯10%,咪鲜胺30%,二甲苯10%,环己酮8%,高分子乳化剂N-3003.5%,高分子乳化剂G-100A 0.5%,601P 1.0%,乙二醇5%,水补足至100%。试样室温、低温、热储稳定性良好,粒径D50为0.651μm,D90为1.130μm,TSI值为2.2,符合水乳剂的质量技术指标要求,且粒径小、稳定性优,表明高分子乳化剂可提升高含量水乳剂的稳定性。 The development of high-concentration emulsion in water(EW)represents a significant technical challenge in the agrochemical formulation industry.Major difficulties include the high proportion of the oil phase complicating preparation,poor storage stability over time,and challenges in controlling physical stability parameters such as particle size.To address these issues,a formulation for pyraclostrobin·prochloraz 40%EW was successfully developed by employing polymeric emulsifiers,specifically fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether comb-like graft copolymer and microcrosslinked polyacrylate.A systematic screening was conducted on factors including solvent type,emulsifier type,and emulsifier dosage.The prepared EW samples underwent comprehensive performance tests,including low-temperature stability,pourability,heat storage stability,centrifugal stability,and particle size analysis.The final optimized formulation was as following:pyraclostrobin 10%,prochloraz 30%,xylene 10%,cyclohexanone 8%,polymeric emulsifier N-3003.5%,polymeric emulsifier G-100A 0.5%,emulsifier 601P 1.0%,ethylene glycol 5%,and water up to 100%.The resulting EW exhibited excellent stability under room temperature,low−temperature,and accelerated heat storage conditions.The particle size distribution was favorable,with a D50 of 0.651μm and a D90 of 1.130μm.The turbiscan stability index(TSI)value was 2.2,meeting all quality specifications for EWs.The small particle size and superior stability confirmed that polymeric emulsifiers can effectively enhance the stability of high-concentration EWs.
