摘要
为提升建筑工程施工管理的效率与安全性,文章开展基于AI技术的建筑工程施工管理研究。通过实际工程项目案例,分析AI技术在建筑信息建模型(BIM)三维模型生成、施工动态监控与风险识别、多维度决策支持等方面的应用。结果表明,融合BIM与AI技术可显著提高三维模型与工程实际的适配度,增强安全风险预警的及时性,并在进度预测、设备调度与资源优化等方面取得明显成效。AI技术为施工管理的智能化转型提供了可靠技术路径,推动建筑行业向高效化、精准化方向发展。
To improve the efficiency and safety of construction project management,this paper conducts research on construction project management based on AI technology.Through actual project cases,it analyzes the application of AI technology in aspects such as generating three-dimensional models in building information modeling(BIM),dynamic construction monitoring and risk identification,and multidimensional decision support.The results indicate that integrating BIM with AI technology can significantly enhance the alignment between 3D models and actual engineering,improve the timeliness of safety risk alerts,and achieve notable results in schedule prediction,equipment scheduling,and resource optimization.AI technology provides a reliable technical pathway for the intelligent transformation of construction management,promoting the construction industry toward greater efficiency and precision.
