多技术融合在城镇老旧小区微改造测绘中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 城镇老旧小区微改造测绘是我国城市更新的重要任务之一,精准高效的测绘工作是确保微改造项目成功的基础。文章以番禺区大龙街城市花园老旧小区微改造项目为例,验证了多技术融合的测绘新方法在现状地形图测量、房屋建筑立面测量和树木资源调查等现状测绘工作中的应用效果。实践结果显示,该技术方案可行,精度满足相关测量规范的要求,能够为老旧小区微改造提供空地一体化、三维可视化的多源数据支撑,为后续改造方案的制定提供参考。 The surveying and mapping of micro-regeneration in old urban residential quarters is one of the crucial tasks for urban renewal in China.Accurate and efficient surveying and mapping work forms the foundation for ensuring the success of micro-regeneration projects.This paper takes the micro-regeneration project of the old urban residential quarter at City Garden,Dalong Subdistrict,Panyu District,as a case study.It verifies the application effectiveness of a novel multi-technology integrated surveying method in various on-site mapping tasks,including current topographic map surveying,building elevation measurement,and tree resource inventory.Practice has demonstrated that this technical scheme is feasible,with its accuracy meeting the requirements of relevant surveying specifications.It can provide integrated air-ground and 3D visualizable multi-source data support for the micro-regeneration of old residential quarters,offering valuable references for the formulation of subsequent renovation plans.
