货运列车在站运行智能检测技术研究

摘要 为提高货运列车运输安全检查的高效性,文章开展了货运列车在站智能检测技术的研发,提出了基于高清彩色线阵相机采集图像的检测技术方案,并开展了高清图像切割拼接算法、AI智能模型算法和低速测速算法等研究,完成了图像智能、声音和温度监测等关键技术验证。完整的闭环检测装置包括双向窄波测速装置模块、列车编组智能比对模块、三维高清图像智能监测模块,实现了整车装载状态的智能检查。列车在站智能检车装置可提升交接工作效率,使检车流程更加智能化和规范化。 To improve the efficiency of safety inspections for freight trains,this article develops intelligent inspection technology for freight trains at stations.It proposes a detection technology scheme based on high-definition color line-scan cameras for image acquisition and conducts research on high-definition image segmentation and stitching algorithms,AI intelligent model algorithms,and low-speed speed measurement algorithms,completing key technology verifications such as intelligent image,sound,and temperature monitoring.The complete closed-loop inspection device includes a bidirectional narrow-wave speed measurement module,a train formation intelligent comparison module,and a three-dimensional high-definition image intelligent monitoring module,achieving intelligent inspection of the entire train's loading status.The intelligent train inspection device at stations can improve the efficiency of handover operations,making the inspection process more intelligent and standardized.
