摘要 生成式人工智能(GenAI)正在引领建筑设计领域的创新浪潮。文章系统阐述生成式人工智能(GenAI)中最常见的生成式对抗神经网络(GANs)的核心机制,重点解析生成器与判别器的互动关系及其如何协同驱动设计创新;总结GANs在辅助概念生成、提供多样化方案、实现实时反馈与迭代优化等方面的优势,并指出当前面临的模式坍塌、训练不稳定和计算资源需求大等挑战。未来通过持续的技术改进和优化,GANs有望成为建筑设计中不可或缺的工具,为设计师开拓更广阔的创意空间并显著提升工作效率。 Generative artificial intelligence(GenAI)is leading the wave of innovation in the field of architectural design.The article systematically explains the core mechanism of the most common generative adversarial neural networks(GANs)in generative artificial intelligence(GenAI),focusing on analyzing the interaction between the generator and the discriminator and how they collaboratively drive design innovation.Summarize the advantages of GANs in assisting concept generation,providing diverse solutions,achieving real-time feedback and iterative optimization,and point out the challenges currently faced such as pattern collapse,unstable training,and high computational resource requirements.Through continuous technological improvement and optimization in the future,GANs are expected to become an indispensable tool in architectural design,opening up broader creative spaces for designers and significantly improving work efficiency.
