摘要
在人工智能与大数据技术迅猛发展的背景下,企业财务智能化转型已成为提升企业核心竞争力和实现可持续发展的关键路径。当前,企业财务智能化转型在理念普及、数据共享、决策支持、流程自动化以及数据资产价值挖掘等多个维度得到稳步推进,但仍存在财务智能化意愿有待增强、财务智能化水平亟待提高、财务数据治理能力有待提升、财务复合型人才急待培养、业财融合有待深化、财务风险识别能力有待提升等问题。对此,企业应制定科学合理的智能化转型战略规划、提高财务智能化水平、加强数据治理与安全管理、重视复合型人才的培养与引进、加快业财一体化发展速度、加强财务风险管理,以确保财务智能化转型的顺利推进。
In the context of of rapid development of artificial intelligence and big data technology,the transformation of enterprise financial intelligence has become a key path to enhance the core competitiveness and achieve sustainable development.At present,the intelligent transformation of enterprise finance is steadily advancing in multiple dimensions,including the popularization of concepts,data sharing,decision support,process automation,and the mining of data asset value.However,there are still some problems,such as the need to enhance the willingness for financial intelligence,the urgent need to improve the level of financial intelligence,the need to enhance financial data governance capabilities,the urgent need to cultivate financial composite talents,the need to deepen the integration of business and finance,and the need to improve the ability to identify financial risks.In this regard,enterprises should formulate scientific and reasonable strategic plans for intelligent transformation,enhance the level of financial intelligence,strengthen data governance and security management,attach importance to the cultivation and introduction of compound talents,accelerate the development speed of business and finance integration,and strengthen financial risk management,so as to ensure the smooth progress of financial intelligent transformation.
