摘要
在数字技术快速发展的背景下,如何推动数字技术创新与企业劳动投资决策深度融合,提升企业劳动投资效率值得重点关注。基于IPC层面识别企业数字专利以刻画数字技术创新水平,进而从劳动力要素资源配置效率的角度探索数字技术创新的赋能作用。研究发现,数字技术创新正向影响企业劳动投资效率,并且信息促进效应和人力资本结构升级效应是数字技术创新影响企业劳动投资效率的主要作用渠道。异质性检验发现,企业融资约束水平较高和机构投资者持股比例较高时,这种提升效应更为突出。
Under the background of rapid development of digital technology,it is worth focusing on how to promote the deep integration of digital technological innovation with enterprise labor investment decisions and enhance labor investment efficiency.The study identified digital patents of enterprises at the IPC level to capture the level of digital technology innovation and further explored its enabling effects from the perspective of labor resource allocation efficiency.The research results show that digital technological innovation positively influences enterprise labor investment efficiency,with information promotion effect and structure of human capital upgrading effect serving as the primary channels through which digital technological innovation affects enterprise labor investment efficiency.Heterogeneity test finds that this enhancement effect is more prominent in firms with higher levels of financing constraints and those with higher institutional investor ownership.
