基于改进遥感生态指数的乌鲁木齐县生态环境质量评价及影响因素分析

Ecological environment quality evaluation and influencing factors analysis of Urumqi County based on improved remote sensing ecological index

摘要 基于2002—2023年5期Landsat影像数据,选取绿度(SAVI)、湿度(NDMI)、热度(LST)、干度(SI)和盐度(NDSI)指标,构建改进遥感生态指数(SRSEI),对乌鲁木齐县生态环境质量进行评估,主要结论如下:1)相较于传统RSEI模型,SRSEI模型中第一主成分(PC1)贡献率均高于70%,其中各指标特征值分布更均衡,表明其对乌鲁木齐县生态环境质量评价具有适用性。2)2002—2023年,乌鲁木齐县生态环境质量呈“V”字状变化趋势,2013年降至最低值0.395,2023年恢复至0.498。3)乌鲁木齐县生态环境质量呈现“南高北低”的空间特征。生态环境质量中等以上区域集中在南部天山山脉及乌鲁木齐河冲积平原;质量较低区域分布于北部丘陵和戈壁平原。2002—2023年,质量中等及以上区域沿“东北—西南”分布,随时间推移先向南收缩,后向北扩展。4)年均降水量和年均气温是影响乌鲁木齐县生态环境质量的关键因素,其中年均气温的交互作用影响最为显著。 Utilizing five periods of Landsat imagery from 2002 to 2023,an enhanced remote sensing ecological index(SRSEI)was developed by incorporating indicators of greenness(SAVI),humidity(NDMI),heat(LST),dryness(SI),and salinity(NDSI)to evaluate the ecological quality of Urumqi County.The primary findings are as follows:1)Compared to the conventional RSEI model,the contribution rate of the first principal component(PC1)in the SRSEI model consistently exceeds 70%,and the eigenvalue distribution across the indicators is more balanced,demonstrating its effectiveness in assessing the ecological quality of Urumqi County.2)Between 2002 and 2023,the ecological quality of Urumqi County exhibited a“V”-shaped trend,reaching a minimum value of 0.395 in 2013 and recovering to 0.498 by 2023.3)The ecological quality in Urumqi County displays a spatial pattern characterized by higher quality in the southern regions and lower quality in the northern areas.Regions with medium to high ecological quality are predominantly located in the southern Tianshan Mountains and the Urumqi River alluvial plain,while areas of lower quality are found in the northern hills and Gobi plain.Over the period from 2002 to 2023,regions with medium to high ecological quality have been distributed along a“northeast-southwest”axis,initially contracting southward before expanding northward over time.4)Average annual precipitation and average annual temperature are identified as critical factors influencing the ecological quality of Urumqi County,with the interaction effect of average annual temperature being particularly pronounced.
