数据机房消除局部热点的方法研究

摘要 当前,大数据爆炸式发展,数据中心算力要求越来越快,“双碳”目标驱使数据中心采取各种节能措施。我国大部分数据中心PUE值为1.5以上,距离1.3的节能目标尚有一段距离,数据中心高能耗的一个主要原因是局部过热问题。从行间级、机柜级和服务器级三个层面总结了当下采用消除局部过热的方法存在的问题,并设计一种新的改造成本低、效果好、装配方便的新型局部热点消除设备。经过实验验证,该新型局部热点消除设备能够实现良好的局部热点消除效果,最高可降低局部热点服务器CPU温度5℃,降低出风温度2.9℃。通过对一数据中心的计算,局部热点消除后PUE可从1.25降低到1.24。研究成果配合其他智能化手段,可形成系统性节能方案,使既有机房承载更大的算力要求。 At present,with the explosive development of big data,the computing power of data centers needs to be faster and faster.The PUE value of most data centers in China is above 1.5,which is still some way from the energy-saving target of 1.3.The main reason for low energy efficiency in data centers is local overheating problems.This article summarizes the current methods for eliminating local overheating problems from three levels:inter row level,cabinet level,and server level,points out their existing problems,and designs a new type of local hotspot elimination equipment with low transformation cost,good effect,and convenient assembly.After experimental verification,the new local hotspot elimination device can achieve good hotspot elimination effect,with a maximum reduction of 5℃in the CPU temperature of the hotspot server,a decrease of 2.9℃in the outlet temperature.And the PUE of a data center can be drop down from 1.25 to 1.24 through calculating.Combined with other intelligent means,the research results can form a systematic energy-saving scheme,which makes the existing data centers bear greater computing power requirements.
