摘要
自2006年首部绿色建筑评价标准出台以来,我国绿色建筑逐步形成了规模化发展局势,并成为了我国高质量建筑的代表之一。然而,随着我国城镇化建设逐步放缓并转向以存量更新为主,以及国家“双碳”目标与“好房子”建设等新要求的提出,绿色建筑如何实现转型发展是建筑行业面临的主要问题之一。既有研究主要聚焦于绿色建筑的碳排放计算方法、减排技术措施与路径分析等,鲜有从行业角度解析和应对上述问题的研究。为此,团队基于前期在北京市的研究与调研经验,继续在江西省开展了绿色建筑技术选用情况分析与实施效果实地调研,对江西省绿色建筑发展面临的问题与挑战进行了梳理,融合北京市相关发现,探讨了“双碳”目标与“好房子”建设背景下的绿色建筑发展建议。
China’s green building has gradually formed the large-scale development situation since the first green building evaluation standard was introduced in 2006,and has become one of the representatives of high-quality buildings.However,with the gradual slowdown of China’s urbanization construction and the shift to the main stock renewal,as well as the national“Dual Carbon”goal and“Good House”construction and other new requirements,how to achieve the development transformation of green building is one of the main problems facing the building sector.Existing studies mainly focus on carbon emission calculation methods,emission reduction technical measures and path analysis of green buildings,and few analyze and deal with the above problems from the perspective of the building sector.Therefore,based on the previous research and investigation experience in Beijing,the team continued to carry out an analysis of green building technology selection and field surveys on the implementation effect in Jiangxi Province,and sorted out the problems and challenges faced by the development of green buildings in Jiangxi province.And then,integrated the relevant findings of Beijing,the team discussed the development suggestions of green buildings under the background of“Dual Carbon”goal and“Good House”construction.
