光伏清洗车自动调整液压机械臂结构设计方法

摘要 光伏发电作为一种绿色能源,在我国能源组成架构中占据比重越来越大。然而由于光伏电站一般建在野外空旷环境下,容易造成光伏板表面产生积灰、积累鸟粪,造成污染,从而使光伏板的发电效率大大降低,甚至造成光伏板表面局部产生热斑效应,损坏光伏组件。目前光伏发电组件清洗主要是人工干洗、水洗等方式,清洗效率低,劳动强度大。该文以一种能自动调整刷头与光伏板距离液压机械臂清洗车为例,介绍液压驱动机械臂结构设计方法,各关节驱动液压缸推力及速度计算方法,底部转盘减速机及电机选型计算方法,可为后期液压机械臂设计提供参考。 As a new green energy source,generation occupies an increasingly large proportion in China’s energy composition.However,as the photovoltaic power station is generally built in the open environment,it is easy to cause dust and bird droppings on the surface of the photovoltaic panel causing pollution,which greatly reduces the power generation efficiency of the photovoltaic panel and even causes local thermal spot effect on the surface of the photovoltaic panel,damaging the photovoltaic module.At present,the cleaning of photovoltaic power generation modules is mainly manual dry cleaning and water cleaning,with low cleaning efficiency and high labor intensity.Taking a hydraulic manipulator cleaning vehicle which can automatically adjust the distance between the brush head and the photovoltaic panel as an example,this paper introduces the design method of the structure of the hydraulic driven manipulator,the calculation method of the thrust and speed of the hydraulic cylinder driven by each joint,and the calculation method of the type selection of the bottom rotary table reducer and the motor,which can provide a reference for the later design of the hydraulic manipulator.
