摘要
文章详细探讨了地表变形机器视觉监测系统的系统结构和工作原理。该监测系统基于激光测距原理,由底部三脚架和激光测距仪组成,系统能够实时检测,每隔10cm自动取点,能够对2.5m×2.5m矩形区域实现全面覆盖,并生成对应坐标图,通过前后坐标图相对坐标的改变可反映路基表面的变化,当塌陷超出阀值时自动报警。采用基于激光测距原理的自发研制的地表变形机器视觉监测系统,对潍烟铁路路基堆载预压区段测点进行沉降观测,在观测过程中无异常情况。
The article discusses in detail the system structure and working principle of the machine vision monitoring system for surface deformation.The monitoring system is based on the principle of laser ranging and consists of a bottom tripod and a laser rangefinder.The system can detect in real time and automatically take points every 10cm.It can achieve comprehensive coverage of a rectangular area of 2.5m×2.5m and generate corresponding coordinate maps.The changes in the relative coordinates of the front and rear coordinate maps can reflect the changes in the roadbed surface.When the collapse exceeds the threshold,an automatic alarm will be triggered.A spontaneously developed surface deformation machine vision monitoring system based on laser ranging principle is used to observe the settlement of measuring points in the subgrade loading preloading section of the Weiyan Railway,and no abnormal situations are observed during the observation process.
