摘要
文章对基于BIM技术的公路施工进度可视化管理进行了研究,分析了传统管理方法在信息表达和协同效率上的不足,阐述以BIM模型为载体,集成进度计划、资源与成本数据等,通过建立模型、编制计划、采集数据、可视化展示及偏差调整的管理流程,运用多源数据集成、施工模拟、动态可视化及协同管理等关键技术。研究表明,该管理模式提升了进度控制的精准性与效率,未来还须解决数据标准统一与人才瓶颈等问题。
This paper studies the visual management of highway construction schedule based on BIM technology.It reports the shortcomings of traditional management methods in information expression and collaboration efficiency,and expounds on integrating schedule plans,resources and cost data with BIM models as the carrier.Through the management process that includes model establishment,plan preparation,data collection,visual display and deviation adjustment,it uses key technologies such as multi-source data integration,construction simulation,dynamic visualization and collaborative management.The study shows that this management mode improves the accuracy and efficiency of schedule control,and needs to break through issues such as data standards and talent bottlenecks in the future.
