摘要
文章基于环境心理学视角,研究了成都市建设路BRT(Bus Rapid Transit,快速公交系统)站域街道商业空间的现状及优化策略。通过实地调研和问卷调查,分析了BRT站点对周边商业空间的影响。研究发现,BRT站点不仅是交通节点,还对商业活动有显著影响。本文提出了强化BRT节点功能、提升街区可步行性和创造宜人商业环境等优化策略,以促进BRT站域商业空间的可持续发展。
This paper,from the perspective of environmental psychology,studies the current situation and optimization strategies of the street commercial space around the BRT station on Jianshe Road in Chengdu.Through field surveys and questionnaires,the impact of the BRT station on the surrounding commercial space is analyzed.The study has found that the BRT station is not only a transportation node but also has a significant impact on commercial activities.This paper proposes optimization strategies such as strengthening the function of the BRT node,enhancing the walkability of the district,and creating a pleasant commercial environment to promote the sustainable development of the commercial space around the BRT station.
