摘要
葫芦科作物在农业生产和日常消费中占据重要地位,然而病害问题严重制约了其产业化发展。选育抗病品种是防控病害、提高产量与品质的根本途径,而挖掘抗病功能基因则是葫芦科作物抗病育种的关键环节。本文系统综述了葫芦科作物主要真菌性病害、细菌性病害和病毒性病害的发病特点、致病病原、抗性鉴定方法、抗病性遗传规律、抗病基因定位与分子标记等方面的研究进展,并对未来抗病基因的挖掘方向提出展望,旨在为葫芦科作物抗病育种提供理论依据和研究基础。
Cucurbitaceae crops play a vital role in agricultural production and daily consumption.However,diseases substantially impede their industrial development.Breeding resistant varieties is crucial for controlling disease and improving crop yield and quality,whereas mining disease-resistant functional genes is a fundamental aspect of Cucurbitaceae crop disease-resistant breeding.This paper comprehensively reviews the research progress on major fungal,bacterial,and viral pathogens of Cucurbitaceae crops,including disease characteristics,pathogenic agents,resistance identification methods,genetic principles governing disease resistance,diseaseresistant gene localization,and associated molecular markers.Furthermore,future directions for mining diseaseresistant genes are suggested,aiming to provide a theoretical foundation and research basis for disease-resistant breeding in Cucurbitaceae crops.
