摘要
目的:基于国际功能、残疾、健康分类(ICF)构建老年人关节挛缩整体功能评估体系。方法:根据文献系统评价及质性访谈结果,通过小组会议,将访谈识别的概念与ICF二级条目关联,关联条目根据链接频次进行纳入和剔除。结果:老年人关节挛缩整体功能评估体系包括71个条目,其中身体功能19个条目,身体结构7个条目,活动与参与27个条目,环境因素18个条目。结论:老年人关节挛缩整体功能评估体系从身体功能、身体结构、活动与参与、环境因素4个领域为老年人关节挛缩的及早评估、干预和康复方案的制定提供了有效依据。
Objective:To construct an overall functional assessment system for joint contracture in the elderly based on the International Classification of Functioning,Disability and Health(ICF).Methods:Based on the results of systematic literature review and qualitative interviews,the concepts identified through interviews were associated with the secondary items of ICF through group meetings.The associated items were included and excluded according to the frequency of links.Results:The overall functional assessment system for joint contracture in the elderly included 71 items,among which there were 19 items for physical function,7 items for physical structure,27 items for activity and participation,and 18 items for environmental factors.Conclusions:The overall functional assessment system for joint contracture in the elderly provided effective basis for the early assessment,intervention and rehabilitation plan formulation of joint contracture in the elderly from four fields:physical function,physical structure,activity and participation,and environmental factors.
