基于DeepSeek大模型的特种加工课程教改探究——激光电化学复合去材机理实验

摘要 设计了面向本科/研究生教学的激光电化学复合加工实验,并结合当下热门的生成式人工智能(以DeepSeek为代表)构建了“理论-实验-智能助教”一体化教学模式。利用激光加工的高定域去除特性与电化学加工的高质量表面完整性优势,对广泛应用于航空航天的难加工镍基高温合金实现了高效高精度去材加工。教学环节引入DeepSeek辅助学生进行理论学习与参数优化,通过课程教学和实验操作使学生掌握特种复合加工方式,揭示激光电化学复合去材机理,拓展机械类学生的专业知识,提高其解决复杂机械制造工艺难题的能力,并为特种加工课程的科教融合与智能化教学改革提供了新路径。 A teaching reform based on laser-electrochemical composite machining has been developed for undergraduate and postgraduate students.This is accompanied by the construction of an integrated'theory-experiment-intelligent assistant'teaching model.This model incorporates the emerging trend of generative artificial intelligence,as demonstrated by DeepSeek.The experiment combines the high-speed material removal capability of laser machining with the superior surface finishing quality of electrochemical machining.This enables the efficient,high-precision processing of hard-to-machine superalloys,which are used extensively in aerospace applications.During the teaching process,DeepSeek was used to support students in their theoretical learning and the optimisation of process parameters.Through a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on experimentation,students became proficient in advanced composite machining methods,and developed an understanding of the removal mechanism of laser-electrochemical composite machining,broadening their knowledge of mechanical engineering.They also improved their ability to solve complex manufacturing problems.This work promotes the integration of science and education in special machining,providing a new approach to integrating science and education,as well as intelligent reform of special machining.
