摘要
本研究提出一种“以废治废”的环保策略,通过将建筑装潢垃圾骨料作为助熔剂与飞灰协同熔融,旨在探索其对飞灰熔融特性的影响。研究利用灰熔点测定仪、X射线荧光光谱(XRF)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和感应耦合等离子体质谱(ICP)等仪器,全面分析了骨料对飞灰流动温度、化学成分、微观结构、失重率以及熔渣中重金属Pb浸出浓度的影响。实验结果表明,当飞灰与骨料的质量比为6:4时,混合飞灰的流动温度显著降低152℃。在1400℃以上的高温熔融条件下,成功形成了表面光滑、具有光泽和透明度的玻璃相。此外,随着熔融温度的提高或骨料的增加,混合飞灰熔渣中Pb的浸出浓度呈下降趋势,但飞灰失量率也随着温度的升高而增加。
In this study,an environmental protection strategy of“treating waste with waste”was proposed,in which construction waste aggregate was used as a flux to co-melt with fly ash,in order to explore the influence of construction waste aggregate on the melting characteristics of fly ash.The effects of aggregate on the flow temperature,composition,microstructure,weight loss rate and Pb leaching concentration of fly ash were analyzed by using ash melting point analyzer,X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy(XRF),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP).The experimental results show that when the mass ratio of fly ash to aggregate is 6:4,the flow temperature of the mixed fly ash was significantly reduced by 152℃.At a high temperature of above 1400℃during melting,the glass phase with smooth surface,luster and transparency was successfully formed.Furthermore,with the increase of melting temperature or the addition of aggregates,the leaching concentration of Pb in the fly ash slag showed a downward trend,but the weight loss rate of fly ash also increased with the rise of temperature.
