摘要
在全球经济一体化背景下,中小企业面临激烈市场竞争,提升生产质量和效率成为关键。本研究以M公司为对象,探索其5S管理体系建设中的痛点与难点,并提出建议。研究还发现,企业需结合自身特点制定个性化5S方案,加强员工培训与文化建设,建立监督考核机制,推动5S管理持续改进。5S管理的成功实施不仅助力企业转型升级,也为同行业提供了实践案例与经验借鉴,推动行业健康发展。
In the context of global economic integration,small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)face fierce market competition,making it crucial to enhance production quality and efficiency.This study takes Company M as the subject,exploring the pain points and difficulties in its 5S management system construction and offering suggestions.The study also reveals that enterprises need to develop personalized 5S plans based on their own characteristics,strengthen employee training and cultural construction,establish supervision and evaluation mechanisms,and promote continuous improvement of 5S management.The successful implementation of 5S management not only aids enterprises in transformation and upgrading but also provides practical cases and experience references for the industry,promoting its healthy development.
