摘要
“社会型互助”养老是农村互助养老的可持续发展方向,其以老年人互助组织为组织载体,关键在于理念确立、服务先行、组织建设和社会参与。根据组织成长的生命周期理论,老年人互助组织的发展经历初创期、成长期、成熟期和分化期,每个阶段的任务与挑战各异,外部力量的支持行动和老年人互助组织的自主行动也随之调整。伴随老年人互助组织的发展,农村社会型互助养老呈现服务供给型、组织培育型、多方共建型、老年人互助组织主导型四种培育模式和进路,在经历前期培育、统合发展等阶段后,才能实现农村社会型互助养老体系的建设。
“Social mutual aid”elderly care is a sustainable development direction for rural mutual aid elderly care.It takes elderly mutual aid organizations as the carrier,and the key lies in the establishment of concepts,service first,organizational construction and social participation.According to the life cycle theory of organizational growth,mutual-aid organizations for the elderly go through the initial stage,growth stage,maturity stage and differentiation stage,each stage has different tasks and challenges.With the growth of them,social mutual-aid for the elderly presents four modes:service supply oriented,organization cultivation oriented,co-construction type,and mutual-aid organizations for the elderly dominant.After going through stages such as early cultivation and grass-roots integration,the system construction of social mutual-aid for the elderly will be truly realized.
