摘要
目的探讨优化围手术期护理模式在泌尿外科围手术期中的应用价值,以及对急性并发症的发生率的影响。方法选择2023年1月至2024年12月在南部战区总医院和广西医科大学附属肿瘤医院行泌尿外科手术治疗的80例患者为研究对象。以随机数字表法为分组依据,分为观察组(优化围手术期护理模式,40例)和对照组(常规围手术期护理模式,40例)。结果与对照组相比,观察组并发症的总发生率明显更低(10.00%vs.27.50%,P=0.045);观察组术后首次下床活动时间(P=0.009)、胃肠道功能恢复时间(P=0.027)、住院时间(P=0.013)均明显更短;观察组对护理人员的专业技能(P<0.001)、服务态度(P=0.029)、护理措施及时性和有效性(P=0.015)、心理支持(P=0.002)的满意度评分均更高。结论优化围手术期护理服务可有效降低泌尿外科患者围手术期中急性并发症的发生风险,促进患者术后康复,提升患者满意度。
Objective To explore the application value of an optimized perioperative nursing model in urological surgery and its impact on the incidence of acute complications.Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent urological surgery at the General Hospital of Southern Theater Command and the Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into an observation group(optimized perioperative nursing model,40 case)and a control group(conventional perioperative nursing model,40 case)using a random number table method.Results Compared with the control group,the total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower(10.00%vs.27.50%,P=0.045).The observation group also showed significantly shorter time to first ambulation(P=0.009),gastrointestinal function recovery time(P=0.027),and hospital stay(P=0.013).Additionally,the observation group had higher satisfaction scores regarding nursing staff’s professional skills(P<0.001),service attitude(P=0.029),timeliness and effectiveness of nursing measures(P=0.015),and psychological support(P=0.002).Conclusion The optimized perioperative nursing model can effectively reduce the risk of acute complications,promote postoperative recovery,and improve patient satisfaction in urological surgery patients.
