摘要
目的评估超声乳化白内障吸除术适用于灾害救援背景下的高效复明方案的可行性、有效性及安全性。方法采用回顾性队列研究,连续纳入2022年2月11日至2024年2月11日于福州市第二总医院接受白内障超声乳化手术的835例患者。比较分析患者术前及术后1个月的视力、角膜散光度、眼压、角膜内皮细胞计数及并发症发生情况。结果术后1个月,患者的非矫正远视力、最佳矫正远视力、非矫正近视力及最佳矫正近视力均较术前获得极显著提升(P<0.001)。平均角膜散光度与手术源性散光度显著降低(P<0.001)。术后1个月眼压较术前显著下降(P<0.001),术后1个月角膜内皮细胞计数较术前无显著变化(P>0.05)。所有并发症总发生率仅为1.44%(12/835)。结论超声乳化术能快速、显著地恢复白内障患者视力,并具有优异的术后屈光稳定性和极高的手术安全性。其高效率及术后稳定性的特点高度契合灾害医学救援中对技术方案的核心要求,可作为灾后批量性复明手术的理想选择。
Objective To evaluate the feasibility,efficacy,and safety of phacoemulsification cataract extraction as a high-efficiency vision restoration solution in the context of disaster relief.Methods A retrospective cohort study was conducted,consecutively enrolling 835 patients who underwent phacoemulsification cataract surgery at Fuzhou Second General Hospital between February 11,2022,and February 11,2024.Preoperative and 1-month postoperative parameters,including visual acuity,corneal astigmatism,intraocular pressure,corneal endothelial cell density,and the incidence of complications,were compared and analyzed.Results At 1 month postoperatively,patients exhibited a highly significant improvement in uncorrected distance visual acuity,best-corrected distance visual acuity,uncorrected near visual acuity,and best-corrected near visual acuity compared to preoperative levels(P<0.001).The mean corneal astigmatism and surgically induced astigmatism decreased significantly(P<0.001).IOP at 1 month post-surgery was significantly lower than the preoperative value(P<0.001),while the corneal ECD showed no significant loss compared to the preoperative count(P>0.05).The overall incidence of complications was only 1.44%(12/835).Conclusion Phacoemulsification enables rapid and significant visual recovery in cataract patients,demonstrates excellent postoperative refractive stability,and exhibits a high safety profile.Its characteristics of high efficiency and postoperative stability align well with the core requirements for technical solutions in disaster medical,making it an ideal choice for batch vision-restoration surgery following disasters.
