摘要
本文分析了攀枝花地区钛矿渣的物理化学性能,并研究了其取代骨料对混凝土工作性能、力学性能和干燥收缩性能的影响。结果表明:钛矿渣中TiO_(2)含量可达15%以上,钛矿渣骨料无明显碱活性,钛矿渣粉的28 d活性指数仅为62.1%;钛矿渣骨料吸水率较高,会增加混凝土的用水量;采用钛矿渣砂取代普通砂,可在一定程度上改善混凝土的力学性能,但会显著增大混凝土的干燥收缩;利用钛矿渣石取代普通碎石,对C30及以下强度等级混凝土的力学性能无影响,但会降低C60混凝土的强度;此外,钛矿渣石对混凝土具有一定的内养护作用。
This paper analyzes the physical and chemical properties of Panzhihua titanium slag and investigates its effects on the workability,mechanical properties,and drying shrinkage of concrete.The results indicate that the TiO_(2) content in titanium slag can exceed 15%,the titanium slag aggregate shows no significant alkali reactivity,and the 28 days activity index of titanium slag powder is only 62.1%;due to the high water absorption of titanium slag aggregate,the water demand of concrete increases;replacing ordinary sand with titanium sand improves the mechanical properties of concrete to some extent but significantly increases its drying shrinkage;using titanium ore to replace ordinary crushed stone has no effect on the mechanical properties of concrete with a strength grade of C30 or lower,but it reduces the strength of C60 concrete;in addition,titanium ore provides a certain internal curing effect on concrete.
