摘要
本文研究了硅灰(SF)、气相SiO_(2)粉体(NSP)和纳米SiO_(2)分散液(NSD)这3种非晶态SiO_(2)材料对水泥净浆流动度、胶砂强度、砂浆抗渗性及混凝土电通量的影响。结果表明:3种非晶态SiO_(2)材料均可有效提高水泥净浆的流动性和胶砂强度。其中,SF和NSP存在最佳掺量;而NSD在8%的高掺量下,对水泥净浆的流动性和胶砂强度均无负面影响,其流动度较空白组提高10.86%,7、28 d抗压强度分别提升15.65%、9.30%。此外,在2%的低掺量下,NSD表现出更强的化学改性效果,更容易吸附在水泥基材料颗粒表面,发挥纳米活性增强作用,显著提升水泥及其与矿渣、粉煤灰复合的胶凝体系的水化进程,并提高砂浆与混凝土的抗渗性。
This study investigates the effects of three amorphous SiO_(2) materials,silica fume(SF),fumed silica powder(NSP),and nano-silica dispersion(NSD),on the fluidity of cement paste,mortar strength,impermeability of mortar,and electrical flux of concrete.The results show that all three amorphous SiO_(2) materials can effectively enhance the fluidity of cement paste and the strength of mortar.Among them,SF and NSP have an optimal dosage.While NSD,even at a high dosage of 8%,shows no negative impact on the fluidity of cement paste or mortar strength.Compared to the control group,the fluidity increased by 10.86%,and the 7 days and 28 days compressive strengths improved by 15.65%and 9.30%,respectively.Furthermore,at a low dosage of 2%,NSD demonstrates a stronger chemical modification effect.It adsorbs more readily onto the surface of cement-based material particles,exerting a nano-activity enhancement effect.This significantly accelerates the hydration process of the cementitious system,both for pure cement and for cement blended with slag and fly ash,and improves the impermeability of mortar and concrete.
