摘要
为探究不同生长型五加科植物的光合特性差异,选取五加科代表性植物为试验材料,连续监测叶片叶绿素荧光参数的日变化及月变化规律。结果表明,草本型植物总体表现出更高的光能转换效率,光合参数Fv/Fm(平均值为0.61)和qP(平均值为0.83)高于木本植物(平均值分别为0.47和0.55)。草本型的Fv/Fm在午间光照强度增强时下降明显,光抑制现象突出。同时,草本型植物在全天时段均表现出较低的F0值,反映出其对低光照环境的适应性以及对高光强的敏感性。木本型植物在午间Fv/Fm变化较为平稳,非光化学淬灭系数(NPQ)上升幅度较小,显示出较强的光适应能力。人参属植物的光合特性表现出季节性响应和类群保守性,5月份测得的F0值总体上高于7月份同期测定的结果,而3种人参属植物的qP值并未显示出显著的日变化和月变化差异。根据主成分分析结果,西洋参(Panax quinquefolius)和鹅掌藤(Heptapleurum arboricola)分别在草本和木本植物中表现出最高的光合效率得分。综上,草本型五加科植物的最大光化学效率较高,但在高光照强度下光抑制效应明显,而木本型五加科植物则表现出更强的光适应能力。
In order to investigate differences in photosynthetic characteristics among different growth forms,this study selected representative species from the Araliaceae family as experimental materials,and continuously monitored diurnal and monthly variations in leaf chlorophyll fluorescence parameters.The results showed that the average F v/F m(0.61)and qP(0.83)values of herbaceous plants are higher than those of woody plants(0.47 and 0.55,respectively),indicating that herbaceous plants exhibit higher efficiency in light energy conversion.The maximum quantum efficiency of photosystem II(F v/F m)in herbaceous plants significantly decreased at midday when exposed to elevated light intensity,which indicates a pronounced photoinhibition effect.Meanwhile,herbaceous plants consistently exhibit lower F 0 values during daytime,indicating their adaptation to low-light environments and heightened sensitivity to intense light conditions.In contrast,woody plants maintained relatively stable F v/F m values during midday and exhibited a smaller increase in non-photochemical quenching(NPQ),reflecting stronger light stress tolerance and better adaptability to fluctuating light conditions.The results revealed that the photosynthetic traits of Panax species display both seasonal responsiveness and phylogenetic conservatism.The F 0 values measured in May were consistently higher than those in July,whereas qP values showed no significant diurnal or monthly variations across the three Panax species.The results of principal component analysis(PCA)exhibited that Panax quinquefolius and Heptapleurum arboricola achieved the highest photosynthetic efficiency scores among herbaceous and woody species,respectively.In summary,herbaceous species of the Araliaceae family showed higher maximum photochemical efficiency but displayed evident photoinhibition under high light conditions,whereas woody Araliaceae species exhibited stronger light adaptation capacity.
