建筑给排水平疫转换的必要性和可行性探索

摘要 在经历病毒性烈性传染病暴发事件后,建筑给排水设计应将可应对突发传染病的平疫转换措施纳入考虑,以应对可能周期性出现的病毒性传染病事件。如何将防疫措施有效融入新建筑给排水设计之中,灵活提高建筑给排水系统的平疫转换的能力,是如今建筑给排水设计中值得深入探讨和亟待解决的问题。文章旨在思考与探索建筑给排水系统平疫转换的必要性和可行性。 Following outbreaks of highly contagious viral infectious diseases,the water supply and drainage design of the building should incorporate measures for transitioning between epidemic and nonepidemic states to cope with the possible periodic occurrence of the viral infectious disease events.How to effectively incorporate epidemic prevention measures into the water supply and drainage design of the new buildings and to flexibly enhance the transition capabilities of the building’s water supply and drainage system during normal and epidemic times is also an issue that urgently needs to be discussed and addressed in the current water supply and drainage design of the buildings.This paper aims to reflect on and explore the necessity and feasibility of the normal-to-epidemic transition of the building’s water supply and drainage system.
