摘要
在城市建设由“增量”向“存量”转型过程中,工业遗存的更新成为城市更新的关键组成部分。然而当前已有的工业遗存更新存在模式单一、与城市居民日常生活脱节的问题。因此本研究选取存在众多亟待更新的工业遗存的天津市河东区作为案例,采用线上线下调研相结合的方式,进行工业遗存的实地考察,并利用GIS空间分析技术揭示其现状特征。通过随机抽样,向居民发放问卷,综合分析当前问题,并提出更新策略,旨在为类似地区的工业遗存更新提供参考,促进城市高质量发展。
In the process of transitioning from“incremental”to“stock”urban construction,the renewal of industrial remains has become the key to urban renewal.However,the renewal of the existing industrial remains is characterized by a single model,which is disconnected with the daily life of urban residents.Therefore,in this paper,Hedong District of Tianjin City,where there are many industrial remains need to be renewed urgently,was selected as a case for study,and a combination of online and offline investigation was used to conduct a field survey on the industrial remains,and their current situation was revealed by using GIS spatial analysis techniques.Through random sampling and distributing questionnaires to residents,the paper comprehensively analyzes the current problems and proposes the renewal strategies,aiming to provide a reference for the renewal of industrial remains in similar areas and to promote high-quality urban development.
