摘要
针对配电网无功补偿研究中普遍忽视通信质量的问题,提出一种考虑通信质量的无功补偿技术。通过分析通信延迟与丢包对补偿决策的影响,构建包含通信质量指标的调度约束模型,并设计动态无功功率分配与健壮优化机制。设计的技术能够在通信条件波动下保持补偿策略的稳定性与适应性,有效提升电压调节的精度和电能质量的可靠性。
In response to the widespread neglect of communication quality in research on reactive power compensation in distribution networks,this article proposes a reactive power compensation technology that considers communication quality.By analyzing the influence of communication delay and packet loss on compensation decisions,a scheduling constraint model including communication quality indicators is constructed,and a dynamic reactive power allocation and robust optimization mechanism are designed.The method can maintain the stability and adaptability of the compensation strategy under the fluctuation of communication conditions,and effectively improve the accuracy of voltage regulation and the reliability of power quality.
