不同质地土壤对豆茶决明生长及光合特性的影响

Effects of Different Soil Types on Growth and Photosynthetic Characteristics of Cassia nomame

摘要 本试验以燕山地区5个不同居群豆茶决明(青龙、遵化、迁西、宽城、兴隆居群豆茶决明)为试材,采用盆栽方式,研究不同质地土壤(黏壤土、壤土和砂壤土)对豆茶决明生长和光合特性等的影响。结果表明,在不同质地土壤条件下,5个居群豆茶决明植株形态性状及光合特性的表现显示出一定差异。总体来看,青龙、遵化、宽城、兴隆居群豆茶决明在壤土中植株形态性状、各器官生物量以及叶片叶绿素含量、光合特性等表现较好,植株生长较佳;迁西居群豆茶决明在黏壤土中栽培更为适宜。三种质地土壤中,多数居群豆茶决明在壤土中生长最好,砂壤土中次之,黏壤土中较差。该研究结果可为5个不同居群豆茶决明的规模化种植提供一定的理论依据。 Five populations(Qinglong,Zunhua,Qianxi,Kuancheng,Xinglong populations)of Cassia nomame in the Yanshan area were used as materials in this experiment,and the effects of three types of soil(cinnamon soil,moisture soil and sandy soil)on plant morphological traits and photosynthetic characteristics were analyzed by potting method.The results showed that the morphological traits and photosynthetic character-istics of the five populations of C.nomame were significantly different under different soil conditions.In gener-al,the plant morphological traits,biomass of each organ,leaf chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic char-acteristics of C.nomame from Qinglong,Zunhua,Kuancheng and Xinglong populations performed better in moisture soil,and the plants grew well.The C.nomame from Qianxi population was more suitable for cultiva-tion in cinnamon soil.In the three types of soil,most populations of C.nomame grew best in moisture soil,fol-lowed by sandy soil and worst in cinnamon soil.The results could provide a theoretical basis for large-scale planting of the five C.nomame populations.
