新质生产力驱动中职艺术设计专业“产学研用”协同育人模式研究

摘要 在新质生产力以科技创新为核心动能、深度重塑产业生态的背景下,中职艺术设计专业作为衔接教育与产业的关键环节,其传统“产学研用”协同育人模式还存在一些问题,难以满足行业对复合型技能人才的需求。立足于新质生产力的技术属性与产业需求逻辑,中职艺术设计专业应从育人理念革新、协同机制重构、教学路径优化、保障体系完善四个维度,探索“产学研用”深度融合的实践路径,以培养适配行业发展的高素质技术技能人才,推动中职艺术设计教育与新质生产力发展同频共振。 Against the backdrop of new quality productivity driven by technological innovation and deeply reshaping the industrial ecology,the traditional"industry university research application"collaborative education model of vocational art and design major,as a key link between education and industry,still has some problems and cannot meet the industry's demand for compound skilled talents.Based on the technological attributes and industrial demand logic of new quality productivity,vocational art and design majors should explore the practical path of deep integration of"industry university research application"from four dimensions:innovative educational concepts,reconstruction of collaborative mechanisms,optimization of teaching paths,and improvement of guarantee systems,in order to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents that are suitable for industry development and promote resonance between vocational art and design education and the development of new quality productivity.
