摘要
锚杆静压桩可采用非定型化的小型设备在低净空和狭窄操作面下进行施工,适用于城市更新工程中既有建筑内部或邻近位置的桩基施工。以锚杆静压桩在托换开发历史建筑群地下空间的实际工程应用作为背景,采集了3种不同施工控制间隔下的锚杆静压桩压桩过程的三轴角度变化数据,对单桩压桩过程、整体样本的垂直度及扭转进行了量化分析,对比考察了施工控制间隔的影响。研究发现,压桩力线与桩的质心、桩土系统刚心偏差所导致的桩身倾斜和扭转在压桩过程中的数值发展以及离散特征表达上有显著的差异,缩短桩身姿态调整周期能够有效控制压桩施工精度。
Anchor rod static pressure piles are constructed using non-standardized small equipment under low headroom and narrow working faces,making them suitable for pile foundation construction inside or adjacent to existing buildings in urban renewal projects.Based on actual engineering application of anchor rod static pressure piles in underpinning development of underground space in historical building complexes,three-axis angle variation data during pile pressing processes under three different construction control intervals are collected.Verticality and torsion during single pile pressing processes and for overall samples are quantitatively analyzed,and influences of construction control intervals are compared.Significant differences are found in numerical development and discrete characteristics of pile body inclination and torsion caused by deviations between pressing force line and pile centroid as well as pile-soil system rigidity center during pressing processes.Construction precision of pile pressing is effectively controlled by shortening pile posture adjustment cycles.
